Information we store for your account

Custom AI tool requests
When you use the Request a custom AI tool form, we store what you enter so we can understand your request and reply:

Each request is saved in our website's database and emailed to Michael@utlsolutions.ai. We use it only to respond to your request and follow up on it. Please don't put passwords or private information about other people in the form.
Membership waitlist
When you join the AI tool membership waitlist, we store your name, email address, organization name (if you give one) and type, what you'd like AI tools to help with, that you agreed to be emailed, and when. It is saved in our website's database and emailed to Michael@utlsolutions.ai. We use it only to tell you when memberships open and to understand what tools people want. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
We keep requests and waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to respond to you.
Cookies
When you log in, or open one of our forms, we set one cookie that keeps you logged in and protects the form from misuse while you use the site. It is required for accounts to work, and it ends when you log out, close your browser, or stay inactive for a while. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Contact form
If you use the contact form on our homepage, the details you enter (name, email, church, location, interest, and message) are emailed to us so we can reply, and a short record (name, email, church, interest, and date) is kept so we don't lose track of requests.
Other services involved
- Our website is hosted by Hostinger, so the information above is stored on their servers.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and they can see your IP address.
- Emails we send (such as password resets) and the copies of requests and waitlist signups sent to Michael@utlsolutions.ai pass through our email provider, Hostinger.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share your information with your church or anyone else without your permission, unless the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your account information, your requests, or your waitlist entry at any time by emailing Michael@UTLsolutions.ai. We keep account information until you ask us to delete it.
Accounts are meant for adults and teens aged 13 and older. Please do not create an account for a child under 13.
