Free AI tools for churches and small businesses

Practical, private tools for pastors, church staff, volunteers, and business owners in our congregations. Free to use, no sign-up, and everything stays on your device.

Private by design. These tools run entirely in your web browser. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and nothing you type is sent to UTL or to any AI service. The prompt tools help you write better prompts for whichever AI chat tool you already use.

Using AI wisely in ministry and business

  • Keep private information private. Do not paste names, prayer requests, counseling notes, children's information, or giving records into AI chat tools. Use placeholders like [MEMBER NAME] instead.
  • A person always reviews. AI can sound confident and still be wrong. Check facts, dates, names, and every Scripture reference before anything is printed, sent, or spoken.
  • AI supports your work; it does not replace it. For sermons and teaching, use AI for research support and let your own study, prayer, and judgment shape the message.
  • Be open about it. Consider noting when something was substantially drafted with AI. The AI Use Policy Generator can help your leadership decide on a standard.
